In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at 562 594 4657 within 7 calendar days of your donation.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used for the donation. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Donation refund requests made after 7 calendar days will not be considered.
