Inspiration: For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me. -Matthew 25: 35-36

Our Mission: Minister to the homeless through an emergency care facility in Long Beach, administered by Catholic Charities.

Our Members: Parishioners and friends inspired to extend a hand to displaced men and women. Help them get back on their feet by preparing and serving meals.

Expenses: Contribute to meals prepared for Project Achieve.

Meetings: Different groups from the parish alternate to serve dinner the third and fourth Monday each month.

Activities:

  • Prepare at home, to contribute to dinner through the Project Achieve Guest Chefs program, for 60 men and women.
  • Transport and serve dinner to 60 men and women at the Project Achieve emergency care facility in Long Beach.
  • Provisions for breakfast the next morning, after serving dinner the previous night.
