Dear Parish Family:
This weekend we celebrate Pentecost, the 50th day and the conclusion of the Easter Season. While we have only been together virtually during these past 50 days, I’d like to invite you to come to the St. Joseph Parking lot this Pentecost Sunday between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Our team will distribute some of the Blessed Palms that we’ve been holding for you since Palm Sunday. They’ll be wrapped in red ribbon, the symbolic color of Pentecost representing the fire and love of the Holy Spirit! Then I’ll offer all of those in your car a Benediction with the Eucharist encased in the Monstrance. Our team will be wearing gloves and masks, respecting social distancing from your car. All of those in your car, should also wear masks.
You can stay in your car, enter the parking lot from East Willow and you’ll be directed to the canopy that will be in front of the gym.
Thanks for all the photos of your worship space, the domestic church, the house church in action! They were all inspiring and thanks for providing me with a visual of our parish families on Sunday morn. So many images sent to us, too many to publish, so here is a sampling.
I pray for you everyday!
Pentecost Peace, Msgr. Kevin
